工作原理
The AEK GMMA-100L Heavy Duty Plate Beveling Milling Machine operates based on the milling cutting principle. The machine clamps onto the steel plate and automatically moves along the plate edge. A high-performance milling cutter equipped with carbide inserts removes material at the required angle to create the welding bevel.
这 cold milling process prevents thermal deformation and oxidation on the plate surface. The bevel surface reaches a roughness of Ra 3.2–6.3, allowing plates to be welded directly after beveling without additional grinding or deburring.
