Return & Refund Policy – Industrial Machinery

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all industrial machinery and metal-processing equipment supplied by our company.
Due to the high value, complexity, and customization of industrial machinery, returns are strictly limited and subject to the terms below.

1. Inspection Period (7 Days After Delivery)

The buyer must complete the inspection within 7 days of delivery.
If no written claim is submitted within this period, the equipment is considered fully accepted.

Claims raised after the inspection period are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

  1. Returns will be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:
  2. The machine has a critical manufacturing defectpreventing basic operation.
  3. The defect is confirmed by our engineering team through remote diagnosis.
  4. The issue cannot be resolved through technical support, calibration, maintenance, or spare-parts replacement.

Any issue that can be corrected through normal support procedures is not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or non-standard machinery
  • Machines installed, modified, or operated after delivery
  • Cosmetic or non-functional issues
  • Problems caused by power supply, environment, or incorrect operation
  • Wear parts, tools, blades, lubricants, consumables
  • Electrical components after installation
  • Damage caused by improper handling or unauthorized repair

4. RMA Authorization Required

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required prior to returning any equipment.

RMA will only be issued after:

  • Full technical evaluation
  • Submission of required documentation (videos, error codes, installation records, etc.)
  • Completion of all corrective steps instructed by our engineers

Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

5. Shipping and Cost Responsibility

If a return is approved

  • The buyer shall bear all costs, including round-trip freight, crating, packaging, insurance, customs duties, port fees, and related charges.
  • Equipment must be returned in its original or equivalent industrial-grade packaging.

Damage or missing components will be deducted from the refund.

6. Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed only after the returned machine is received, inspected, and verified to meet return conditions.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30–45 working days, minus:

  • Shipping and logistics expenses
  • Packaging and insurance
  • Bank transfer charges
  • Customs fees and taxes
  • Depreciation for use
  • Repair or restoration costs, if applicable

Partial refunds may apply depending on the equipment condition

7. Warranty and Technical Support

We prioritize resolving issues through:

  • Remote engineering support
  • Video diagnostics
  • Software adjustments
  • Replacement of defective components
  • On-site service (if agreed in contract)
