Stainless Steel Tube Rotary Embossing and Swaging Machine Working Principle

Rotary Swaging:

  • High-speed mold rotation applies multi-point pressure to the tube, causing plastic deformation of the material.
  • During the processing, the mold continuously opens and closes, gradually compressing the surface of the tube to achieve a uniform decorative effect (such as embossed patterns, textures, etc.).

Embossing:

  • The surface of the mold is engraved with a specific pattern, which is transferred to the surface of the tube under high pressure.
  • Different patterned molds can be replaced as needed to achieve diverse decorative effects.
