This machine is designed for punching, flanging, and end-face finishing of stainless steel pipes. It is widely used in industries such as pressure vessel manifolds, HVAC piping, solar collector tubes, water treatment systems, and sanitary pipeline applications.

Wyposażony w PLC and touchscreen control system z multi-axis servo drives, the machine performs high-precision, fully automated, multi-process machining. It uses an internal extrusion flanging process instead of traditional T-Drill stretching, producing uniform flanges and stable operation suitable for produkcja masowa.

The machine performs three processes: pilot hole punching, flanging, and end-face milling. Multiple holes of different diameters and spacing can be processed in a single clamping.

It allows hole punching and flanging at any position along the pipe for flexible and efficient manifold processing.
