Principio di funzionamento
The AEK GMMA-100L Heavy Duty Plate Beveling Milling Machine operates based on the milling cutting principle. The machine clamps onto the steel plate and automatically moves along the plate edge. A high-performance milling cutter equipped with carbide inserts removes material at the required angle to create the welding bevel.
Questo cold milling process prevents thermal deformation and oxidation on the plate surface. The bevel surface reaches a roughness of Ra 3.2–6.3, allowing plates to be welded directly after beveling without additional grinding or deburring.
