With a Y-axis structure, the tube remains fixed while a compact cutting head moves along the path. This design delivers faster processing, greater accuracy, and up to 60 percent energy savings.

• Smart Chuck System: Features an 8-cylinder full-stroke pneumatic chuck with twice the clamping force of standard models. The square-hole design increases passing capability and supports larger clamping ranges. Enhanced dustproof structure ensures long-term stability. The extended rear chuck enables short tailing in dual-chuck mode and true zero tailing with three chucks. Compatible with various profiles: round, square, rectangular, oval, channel, H-beam, and angle steel.

• High Power Bevel Cutting with Plus Minus 45 Degree Capability: Awarded the 2023 Ringier Technology Innovation Award, ALEKVS bevel cutting supports V-type, Y-type, X-type, K-type, and variable angle bevels to meet advanced welding requirements.
• Full Length and Zero Waste Cutting to Reduce Costs: Three box type side mounted chucks enable full-length tube cutting for 6, 9, and 12-meter tubes. Final cut graphic processing allows zero tailing and improves material utilization.
• Smart Bus Control System with Rich Cutting Functions: ALEKVS independently developed control system offers a simple interface and comprehensive process data. Compatible with round square and rectangular tubes as well as H beams channel steel and angle iron.
• Heavy Duty Full Stroke Pneumatic Chuck with High Clamping Force:The eight cylinder chuck provides double the clamping force of standard chucks. Three heavy duty side mounted chucks operate stably and support bulk processing of tubes from 16 to 520 millimeters in diameter.
• Modular Machine Bed for Precision and Stability: Designed and manufactured in house with full coaxial machining. Segmental construction ensures easy transport while maintaining high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance.
• Integrated Servo Support Cast as One Piece: ALEKVS servo following support automatically adjusts to the tube height during rotation ensuring stable support throughout the cutting process. Cast structure resists deformation during long term use.

• Optional Loading and Unloading System for Heavy Tubes:Custom designed for heavy tube applications with simplified loading steps. Supports 10 second fast loading and smooth servo assisted unloading. Suitable for various large diameter metal tubes and profiles.
• Height Following Cutting at Any Position: Supports fixed height and plate edge following modes. Uses the current Y-axis coordinate as the tool zero point allowing flexible processing anywhere along the tube.
