Le ALEKVS Double-Station CNC Tube End Forming Machine is designed for efficient batch processing of tube end forming operations. It adopts a dual-station structure with an alternating workflow, allowing loading and unloading to be performed simultaneously with forming. This reduces idle time and improves overall production efficiency, making it suitable for medium to large-scale production.

The machine integrates Commande CNC with stable mechanical design to ensure consistent forming quality. It supports multiple forming processes such as expanding, reducing, flanging, beading, and bulge forming, and is widely used in tube and pipe fabrication.
