This machine is designed for punching, flanging, and end-face finishing of stainless steel pipes. It is widely used in industries such as pressure vessel manifolds, HVAC piping, solar collector tubes, water treatment systems, and sanitary pipeline applications.

Equipé d'un PLC and touchscreen control system avec multi-axis servo drives, the machine performs high-precision, fully automated, multi-process machining. It uses an internal extrusion flanging process instead of traditional T-Drill stretching, producing uniform flanges and stable operation suitable for production de masse.

The machine performs three processes: pilot hole punching, flanging, and end-face milling. Multiple holes of different diameters and spacing can be processed in a single clamping.

It allows hole punching and flanging at any position along the pipe for flexible and efficient manifold processing.
