The machine can process multiple welding groove types:

High Precision Machining Performance

• Wide Bevel Angle Adjustment: Upper spindle bevel angle adjustable from 0–85°(supports 90°), lower spindle bevel angle adjustable from 0–60° with stepless adjustment.
• Independent Upper and Lower Spindle Control: The upper and lower bevel angles can be adjusted independently, and the system automatically allocates spindle operation according to input parameters.
• High Accuracy Processing: Bevel angle accuracy up to ±0,5°, bevel straightness accuracy ±0.5 mm, ensuring high welding quality.
