The AEK CKJ Series is a range of automatic hydraulic pipe collaring and hole flanging machines designed for efficient hole forming on metal tubes. The machine integrates punching, flanging, and collaring processes into a single operation, enabling one-step forming of reinforced holes.

This series is suitable for copper, aluminum, and carbon steel tubes, and is widely used in industries such as refrigeration, HVAC systems, heat exchangers, and home appliance manufacturing.

Equipado con un PLC control system, touchscreen interface, and servo positioning, the CKJ Series ensures high precision, stable forming quality, and reliable performance for batch production.

The machine performs punching followed by localized plastic deformation, forming a raised collar (flanged hole) around the opening. This structure enhances hole strength and is suitable for further assembly processes such as tube insertion or welding.
