  • Edge Trimming: High-precision trimming knives remove burrs, cracks, and edge waves from the coil edges, significantly improving overall edge quality.
  • Surface Inspection: Manual or automated visual systems continuously monitor surface defects such as scratches, coating irregularities, and inclusions in real time.
  • Automatic Recoiling: After trimming and inspection, the strip is recoiled under controlled tension to ensure optimal winding tightness for safe storage, transportation, and downstream processing.
