ALEKVS Cut-to-Length (CTL) lines are engineered for high-precision processing of metal coils into flat, rectangular blanks. Also known as blanking lines, our CTL systems perform uncoiling, leveling, precision cutting, and stacking—all in a continuous, efficient workflow.

These lines are suitable for a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and various non-ferrous metals, with strip widths from 600 mm to 3,200 mm and thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 25.0 mm.
