- Max wall thickness: Carbon steel ≤25 mm, Stainless steel ≤20 mm
- Bevel angle tolerance: ≤0.5°
- Surface roughness: Ra ≤6.3
- Minimum finished pipe length: 50 mm

Applications
The equipment is widely used in:
- Petrochemical pipeline prefabrication
- Nuclear power engineering
- Boiler manufacturing
- Long-distance pipeline construction
- Shipbuilding pipelines
- Pressure vessel manufacturing
- Steel structure fabrication
Key Features
One-time Clamping for Cutting and Beveling
The rotating cutter head can be equipped with cutting and beveling tool holders simultaneously.
After one clamping, the machine can complete:
- Pipe cutting
- End facing
- V / double V / U / I beveling

This reduces secondary clamping and handling, improving production efficiency and processing consistency.
Multi-Jaw Self-Centering Clamping System
The machine uses an electric multi-jaw self-centering clamping system (4 / 6 / 8 jaws) which provides:
- Uniform circumferential clamping force
- High concentricity
- Prevention of deformation for thin-wall pipes
This ensures stable machining and consistent accuracy.

CNC Automatic Processing
The machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system with a 10-inch HMI interface, enabling digital control of machining parameters.
Main functions include:
- Automatic feed and retract
- Parameter input and storage
- Process parameter recall
- One-button automatic machining
One operator can manage multiple machines simultaneously.
Step Feeding Chip-Breaking Technology
For stainless steel and alloy steel processing, the system uses step-feed technology with automatic retract for chip breaking, which helps to:
- Prevent chip entanglement
- Reduce tool jamming and tool breakage
- Extend tool life significantly
