AEK YLTS Series CNC Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Tube Reducing Machine

Large Diameter CNC Hydraulic Pipe Reducing Machine – Core Features
- Large Capacity Processing: Supports tube diameters from Ø20 to Ø194 mm and wall thickness up to 15 mm (depending on model), suitable for medium and large tube forming applications.
- High-Tonnage Hydraulic System: Provides up to 2600 tons of pressing force(YLTS-220ZX), enabling the forming of thick-wall tubes and high-strength materials.
- Long Stroke Single-Pass Reduction: Achieves up to 260 mm reducing length in a single cycle (YLTS-110ZX), reducing secondary operations and improving efficiency.
- Dual Hydraulic Circuit Design: Separates forming motion and die opening/closing actions, ensuring stable operation and better motion coordination.
- CNC (PLC-Based) Control System: Equipped with PLC and HMI interface, allowing precise control of pressure, speed, and stroke, with accuracy up to ±0.02 mm.
- Dual Relief Valve System: Uses high-pressure relief during forming and low-pressure relief during die opening to reduce hydraulic shock and improve system durability.
- High-Strength Die System: Dies are made of 42CrMo alloy steel with vacuum heat treatment, ensuring wear resistance and long service life.
- Cooling and Continuous Operation: Air-cooled hydraulic oil system maintains stable operating temperature, supporting long-duration continuous production.
- Automatic Lubrication and Rigid Structure: Key moving parts feature automatic lubrication, and the machine head adopts a high-rigidity structure for stable performance.
- Quick Die Change Design: Dovetail-type quick-change system enables fast die replacement and reduces machine downtime.

Working Principle
The machine operates through a hydraulic drive system. The oil pump is installed inside the oil tank and immersed in hydraulic oil, which helps reduce noise and improve heat dissipation efficiency.
Driven by the motor, hydraulic oil pushes the plunger to move axially, driving the dies to contract radially and apply pressure to the tube, achieving diameter reduction forming.
Once the preset size is reached, the system stops pressurization automatically. The solenoid valve then reverses direction, the plunger returns, and the dies open to complete the forming cycle.

Applications
- Automotive exhaust systems and structural components
- HVAC piping systems
- Hydraulic pipes for construction machinery
- Hardware and metal product processing
- Stainless steel and alloy tube forming
