This series is available in two configurations based on processing requirements:
- Edge Curling Type
Designed for edge forming and curling, improving strength and safety. Suitable for products requiring smooth and rounded edges. - Edge Trimming Type
Designed for precise edge cutting, ensuring dimensional accuracy and clean edge finishing.

- Specially designed for square and irregular metal parts, ensuring stable processing of non-circular workpieces
- Supports multiple edge processing operations including curling, trimming, and finishing
- Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other materials, with a maximum thickness of 1.2 mm
- Hydraulic drive system with stable pressure output (0.4–0.8 MPa) for smooth and impact-free operation
- Multiple models available (SBM-400 / SBM-700 / SBM-1500), covering processing ranges from 50–1500 mm
- Semi-automatic and fully automatic control options for flexible operation and improved productivity
- Custom tooling available (one set per product) for quick changeover and wide application adaptability
- Heavy-duty structure designed for long-term continuous operation with high stability and easy maintenance
